Under 10’s + Under 9 will play the self-pass on a quarter field plus both age groups will play penalty corners
In all forms of the game (1/4, ½ and full field hockey) if an attacker hit, deflects or touches a ball in the circle and it then hits a defender before going into the goal, it is still a goal
